Wild Action @ Keilor Primary
School - The Year 1 and 2 students have been learning
about The Ocean - sea creatures, habitat and environment.
They had an incursion last week called "Wild Action"
where they were able to see, touch and learn about sea creatures.
Which is a House for a Hermit Crab?
- Students in small groups will use real shells and resource
books to search for data that will be used to create and identify
the fields of a database on seashells. The database will need
to include information on size, color, shape, and special
attributes. Each group will include beginning readers who
can make connections between labels on sources and definition
labels within the classroom.
