Comments:

I was impressed by the layout and color photographs by this book, but was soon disapointed by the information given. There are many sentences that I strongly disagree with. For instance, they recomend bathing your hermit crabs in the sink, which is dangerous due to the soup residue that would be present. They highly recomend the use of wire cages simply because they are inexpensive, portable, and easy to clean. They menchon misting the hermit crab but do not indicate the importance of humid air in the terrarium. The book seemed to try to show how easy and inexpensive hermit crabs are to care for, rather than presenting information in the crabs best interest.
