size. If you have a larger tank you may wish to use a

Comments:
The half gallon size Living World isolation unit is
a wonderful addition to your crabitat. Combined with a
choya branch or ladder of some type, your hermit crabs
will be able to climb into it and dig down to moult.
Alternatively you can move a hermit crab which has moulted
within the tank and is in danger of being attacked by
its tank mates into the unit and then close the lid, knowing
that it is safe.
The vented lid allows the warmth and humidity within
the main tank to be shared with the isolation unit.

Great for a damp sand moulting unit that can be added
to your tank
Easy to keep the small volume of sand clean in between
moulters.
The lid can be closed to keep moulters safe from tank
mates.

Take care when opening and closing the lid. The plastic
is thin and if you are a little rough the lid and/or hinge
can be damaged.
